Aquatic Ballet at Friars Fountain, Puebla

It is one of the most famous fountains of the capital, the fountain was made in honor of the twelve people who founded the city, is a large roundabout which is on Juarez Avenue; It is also called as the fountain of angels the same name as the city in Spanish. It is located at a strategic point in the city of Puebla, between Avenida Juarez, Boulevard Atlixco and Colonia Paz, becoming an important reference point in Puebla.

This fountain is a favorite city landmark and offering evening shows magnificent for its large size, decoration, construction and its lighting. It is also famous among honeymooners who use it as background of their photographies for their wedding books.

The Fountain of the friars is one of the best known and most visited monuments in the city. Its architecture is majestic and highlights even more at night when illuminated, providing a spectacle of colors very enjoyable to watch, a favorite model of photography enthusiasts.
